What air vehicle could Santa use?
from 21.12 to 21.12
Children and adults are already looking forward to the first star and waiting for gifts from Santa. What air vehicle could help him deliver presents even faster under every Christmas tree? Young science enthusiasts will ponder this during the last meeting of “Little Explorer’s Academy” series this year. On Saturday, December 21st, participants will learn why planes fly and will make models of various aircraft. The classes will be available from 12:00 to 17:00. Admission is free.
The possibility of flight has fascinated designers for centuries, and scientists are currently looking for ways to allow us to move even faster. During the next classes of the “Little Explorer’s Academy” series, children will learn more about the laws of aerodynamics and together they will consider what vehicle Santa could fly to deliver presents even faster.
Under the supervision of instructors, young scientists will check whether air can be a drive. They will also test Santa’s air base.
In turn, the vehicles made during the workshops, such as a balloon rocket, helicopter or hot air balloon, will help understand what makes planes fly.
The educational meeting entitled “What could Santa Claus fly” will conclude this year’s series “Little Explorer’s Academy” at Port Rumia. The Shopping Centre has good news for all lovers of meetings with science in practice – a new series of classes will start in January. Details can be found on Port Rumia website.
December meeting from the series “Little Explorer’s Academy” will take place on December 21st at Auchan Port Rumia Shopping Centre at Grunwaldzka 108 in Rumia. Free admission.
