We get to know the world of scents

How do we recognize smells? Can they be made permanent? Participants of the February educational meeting will find answers to these questions, among others: “Academy of the little explorer”. During the classes that will take place on February 17th, children will enjoy creative workshops and games. Free entrance.

On Saturday, February 17th, Port Rumia invites you to another family meeting from the “Academy of the Little Explorer” series. This time, young science enthusiasts will learn more about the world of fragrances, and creative workshops and games will help them acquire knowledge. You will be able to take part in classes from 12.00 to 17.00.

On the day of the meeting, the passage of Port Rumia will be filled with beautiful scents, and participants, under the supervision of instructors, will make handmade items that will preserve the aromas for longer. Scented soaps with LEGO bricks frozen in them, sparkling and aromatic bath bombs, atmospheric candles and scented soy boards decorated with dried flowers will be created. While the scented objects harden, participants will play a memory game in which they will have to match the scents to the pictures.
The next meeting in the “Chemist” series as part of the “Academy of the Little Explorer” will take place on March 16th. Then the participants will meet in the “Magician’s Laboratory”.

Meeting entitled “Fragrance Laboratory” from the “Academy of the Little Explorer” series will be held on February 17th at Port Rumia, Auchan Shopping Centre at 108 Grunwaldzka Street in Rumia.
