The heroes of the show entitled “Leśna polana ” – the forester’s hare and the squirrel Wiera – will take the youngest on an unforgettable theatrical journey from the series “Family Saturdays with theatre”. Free performance with, among others, These two animals will be available to see on September 9 at 1 and 4 p.m. in Port Rumia.
The performance ” Leśna polana “, which will take place next Saturday, September 9th, in Port Rumia, is a valuable story about how to take care of nature. The main characters are the Forest Hare, the forest guard, and his friend Wiera the squirrel, who together will invite the children to a forest clearing. There, young viewers, together with the heroes of the story, will be able to take care of the forest inhabitants. They will help feed hungry animals, they will also help ants in their brave work, but above all, they will learn to notice, respect and support nature.
Throughout the year, on selected Saturdays, children can watch free theatre performances at Port Rumia as part of the “Family Saturdays with theatre” series. Young viewers get to know colourful characters and stories full of unexpected turns, thanks to which they learn how important universal values such as friendship, honesty and sensitivity are.
On the same day at From 12-4 p.m., instructors from the Municipal Cultural Centre in Rumia will conduct thematic workshops, during which children will create a mask of the Forest Hare, as well as an autumn forest tree and flowers. In turn, little literature fans will enjoy an outdoor game with prizes. The fun is related to the promotion of the book “Kaszubaki – fairy tales about creatures from the Kashubian pack”, authored by Andrzej Lanc, a Kashubian. The event will be an opportunity to talk directly to the writer and get an autograph.
